With our special activity programs, we insipire our children and fire the spark inside them…

We enrich our program and curriculum with music, language studies, gymnastics, dance and social activities.

With the activity programs that we implement, our children develop socially and start making friendships. They learn how to work individually and with small groups. Garden and garden games are part of our daily routine

English Language Program

Children have better foreign language learning skills at early ages. Learning a second language during early chilhood education especially, provides endless benefits for language and mental development. In Kaptan Preschool, we implement English for all the activities and programs with active learning methods every day and for every age.

Music

This class provides a carefully balanced music program emphasizing musical growth, encouraging creativity, and teaching simple musical elements such as rhythm, tone, and beat. Music teachers are always present during this activity in the class to guide the children to enjoy music lessons better

Piano

This exciting piano program features one on one lessons in a child-centered format. Children will develop musical literacy with sound performance skills to create happy and competent musicians. They will learn the basic skills of reading music and the various ranges musical pieces can be played in. Piano lessons are also privately given for 5 and 6 year olds if requested.

Gymnastics

We believe that gymnastic lessons given by specialists teachers at early ages, will help develop motor skill performances of the children

Dance and Ballet

These classes will help children to appreciate a love for dancing at a young age. The fusion of art, music, exercise, and movement makes our dance program special. Classes allow preschoolers to develop fine and gross motor skills while having fun physically. Children learn songs, stories, and creative movements while practicing body control, safety, participation, and co-operation.

Art Activities

This art-based activity is dedicated to hands-on creative experiences and artistic expression. The program exposes children to a variety of materials and mediums, allowing them to make connections to the world around them through visual references: color, shape, size, pattern, line, composition

 

Chess

To help our children to achieve a better mind development and to think in a different and detailed way, chess lessons are implemented. (Only for 6 year old groups)

Drama / Role play

Educational drama lessons are implemented to develop the child’s observation skills, improvisation, role play, dramatization by using theatrical presentations and drama tecniques based on children plays and similar activities. Drama lessons are given by our educated class teachers everyday.

Golf

Golf is a game that requires lots of high level attention, concentration, and coordination. Therefore, at a young age a child should be able to gain  balance, strength, flexibility and the coordination that will help to develop basic motor skills. Golf requires more of these skills at a higher level  than any other sport. Also, as this sport is played against the nature, yourself and obviously your opponent, it helps one gain certain cognitive skills such as concentration, problem solving, decision making and improves some emotional skills such as gaining leadership, accepting loss etc.
